About the Role
You will be the first person that Faysal Bank Ltd. talks to when they need help with their banking. Every day, you’ll deal with cash transactions, provide excellent customer service, and make sure that all bank operations follow the rules and regulations. This job requires both technical banking skills and dealing with customers. It’s great for people who like working with others and are very accurate and pay close attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Your main job will be to do normal teller transactions like cash deposits, withdrawals, account transfers, and payments. You will make sure that cash handling rules are followed to the letter, balance your cash drawer every day, and fix any mistakes with accuracy and responsibility.
This job is all about providing excellent customer service. When you answer customer questions, fix simple problems, and pass on more complicated ones to the right person, you will do so in a professional, timely, and polite manner. You will also promote bank products and services and look for ways to sell savings accounts, credit cards, loans, and other financial products together.
It is very important to follow operational rules. You’ll keep up with the latest rules for anti-money laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and bank security. You will keep accurate records for auditing and reporting purposes, and all transactions must follow the rules set by the government.
While doing vault duties, which include managing cash flow, you’ll also help with ATM balancing, restocking, and fixing problems. Account servicing includes helping customers open and close accounts, keeping their information up to date, and helping with things like check clearing and money transfers.
Managing risks and keeping things safe are the most important things. You will follow the rules for keeping things safe, keep customer information safe, and tell management right away if you see any suspicious behavior or possible fraud.
What Faysal Bank Ltd is Looking For
The best person for the job has a bachelor’s degree and up to three years of banking experience. However, recent graduates with a lot of potential are also welcome to apply. You should be between the ages of 23 and 35 and have great communication, cash handling, and basic branch management skills.
