Ibex Dynamics is looking for a Chat Support Representative to work in its Rawalpindi office. The main job of this position is to provide great customer service through live chat. The best person for the job should be able to communicate well, type quickly, and be focused on the customer.
This job doesn’t require any previous experience or managing a team, so it’s good for both new applicants and people who want to work in customer service. As a Chat Support Representative, you will be the company’s online voice. You will help customers by answering their questions, fixing their problems, and giving them clear and friendly help.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately via online chat
- Give clear information about policies, procedures, products, and services.Provide clear information about products, services, policies, and procedures
- During chat interactions, deal with customer complaints and problems.
- Take care of more than one customer chat at once while still providing good service.
- Keep your tone of communication professional, polite, and friendly.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions for future reference and follow-ups.
- Manage your time well so you can handle a lot of chat requests.
- For complicated problems, work with other departments or team members.
- Keep up with the company’s products, services, and rules.
- Follow the rules for customer service and the company’s standards.
- Keep getting better at handling chats to make customers happier.
