Job Overview
UTS is looking for a Transport Operations Supervisor to work in its Islamabad office. We need a dedicated, detail-oriented, and proactive professional who can handle daily operations, help with administrative tasks, and ensure that departments work together smoothly. People who are adept at organizing things, communicating well, and solving problems will do well in this job.
The chosen candidate will be very important in keeping the organization running smoothly, helping with workflow, and helping it reach its goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational activities and assist in implementing company policies and procedures
- Take care of scheduling, paperwork, and official letters
- Monitor the advancement of projects and operations, and prepare regular status reports.
- Make it easier for departments to talk to each other so that tasks are done on time.
- Ensure the confidentiality of accurate records, databases, and paperwork.
- Help plan internal events, meetings, and training sessions
- Find ways to improve processes and help develop best practices
- Help with administration and operations, answer questions, and fix problems quickly.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or operational support role
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Office administration certification is a plus)
